Bruno Associates Secures $400,000 for Sussex Borough Water System

Funded by Small Cities Community Development Block Grants (CDBG)

December 6, 2015– Bruno Associates requested funding by the state Department of Community Affairs and was awarded $400,000 in grants for Sussex Borough’s dam repairs at Lake Rutherford Reservoir. The grant was from the Small CDBG and will repair the dam in Sussex Borough which provides the drinking water for the borough’s residents. For several years these water systems reparations have been delayed, but now with the awarded grant and the help of an environmental and water systems engineer, this process can finally begin.
