Bruno Associates Secures $24,000 for Secaucus Greenway Improvements

Funded by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP)

February 18, 2016– Bruno Associates requested funding from NJDEP’s Recreational Trail Grant and helped assist the Town of Secaucus which was awarded $24,000 for improvements on their Secaucus Greenway.  NJDEP’s Recreational Trail Grant hopes to provide outdoor recreational opportunities, improve public access to open space, develop trails, and improve hiking, biking, off-highway vehicle activities, and horseback riding. Improving trails will encourage healthier habits and the quality of life for all residents. The Town of Secaucus will use its awarded funds specifically to enhance its Secaucus Greenway, a public 1.5-mile public walkway that will captivate the Hackensack River.
